Knighthawk Digital Entertainment Group presents, Art in the Dark, an innovative and immersive

theatrical experience. From the hearts and minds of Knighthawk Digital Entertainment Group,

Executive Producers Rena Strober and William “Chip” Beaman comes Art in the Dark, an event like

no other. Undertake a 70-minute journey with Allie, “Morgan”, and friends as they show how

excellent life can be when you look through the eyes of the blind. Taste, Touch, Hear and Smell your

way through an adventure of the mind and a spectacle of the senses – all, but one. Reimagine art

without sight. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Guide Dogs for the Blind.

Each audience member is given a “sensory bag” (containing items they will use during the show),

and then the 130-member audience will be thrust into complete darkness for approx. 70 minutes as

Allie, Gavin, Danielle, and Christina (actual blind actors) take you on a journey around the world.

They travel, attend the opera, watch movies (complete with popcorn and chocolate), go to a

professional football game, sing abundantly, and generally, live life....differently.

To enhance this experience, live performances are supported with sound design created and pulled

from content in the Audiojack app and by award-winning Empty Sea Productions. This show creates

something different - an exciting and totally immersive evening with story, music, & well-known

musicians. On board are top-tier talents; cellist Tina Guo; blind opera singer Christina Jones; the

Nevenka Bulgarian Women’s choir; and several top jazz musicians in Los Angeles.
